Registration fees

| Non-author student registration | 350 € | 400 € |
Registration fees include coffee breaks, lunch breaks and an access to the social event.
Extra tickets for the lunch breaks and the social event can be purchase at the front desk.
Note to authors
Each accepted paper must have at least one author registration.
Registration deadline for authors is October 31st, 2025 (firm deadline).
When registering to the conference, please make sure to send all the following elements to eric.renault@esiee.fr :
- A filled-in and signed registration form
- A copy of the proof of payment
- A filled-in and signed copyright form
- The final version of the paper in PDF format
- The sources of the article, ie. either an archive with the LaTeX source and the related files (preferred) or an MS Word file
Together with online payment, please indicate MLN 2025 <n> where <n> is your paper ID (if any).
An invoice will be sent by email or provided to you during the conference.
Cancellation policy
No refund is possible.
